Bliss

Things I want to remember from today:

Sophie this morning, so adamant that the perfect birthday gift for her friend was muffins. We settled on a soccer ball. (Because we have decided if you can't do hand-made, do active.)

Jeff and I trying to convince her that what she was wearing ( a shirt and a dress and some jeans) was perfectly fine to wear to the party and please don't go change again. The clincher? Daddy saying that he would absolutely wear that outfit to a party.

While Daddy and Sophie were at the party, Mommy, Maddie and Eliza played outside. Mads was so sweet swinging and singing with her dirty little feet. I have no idea where her shoes were.

Maddie running up to me and saying, "Mothebugeatpopart!"

"Say again?" I say.

"There. Was. A. Bug. Eating. A. Pop-tart!" she hollers.

Oh, there was a bug alright. I think it was a fly. I have no idea why she thought it was eating a breakfast pastry.

The girls riding their "bikes" in the cove. (at 7:30! I love spring.)

I think this day may have been perfect.

Your family is beautiful. Don't you just love having three girls? :)
I LOVE the bit about the clothing decisions for the party and especially your hudband's comment. Too funny. I could totally see that happening at our house. LOL!!
I added you to our blog so stop by when you get a chance!!
