It's funny, as a parent, you are always trying to stay "present in the moment" so you don't miss anything. I have had so much fun this past week reconnecting with old friends and remembering things I had completely forgotten. What's really ironic about all this is that my closest friend here in J'boro also went to Harding! Our lives are just so far removed from that scene, even though we live just an hour and a half away (and she even married an alum!). So, today, to complete the nostalgic feel, I broke out my old Screaming Mimes c.d. Those of you who went to Harding remember! Those of you who didn't, I'll lend you my copy. :-) Suddenly, I don't feel quite so old. Now if I could just find where I put my jersey...

It is so good to see your family, well all but you and Jeff on line! The girls' pictures look like you and your brother. I can't believe how much your family has grown in such a short time. Please tell your Mom, Dad, and Danny I said hello. I think about everyone often. Stay in touch.

I still love my Screaming Mimes CD -- I listen to it pretty often -- it's our cleaning or folding laundry music. It makes me feel young, too. :)
